Kitchen gut renovation
Pink laminate counters, a fluorescent light box, and cabinets from another era. We took it down to the walls: white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, tile backsplash, stainless appliances with a vented hood, new lighting, and plank flooring throughout.
Cleared out and opened up
The sellers took what they wanted and left the rest — furniture, boxes, everything. We cleared the whole house out, pulled the carpet, opened the living space up to the kitchen, and put in new flooring, paint, and lighting throughout.
