Sunny Key Homes is a trade name of ZG Capital LLC, a Florida limited liability company that buys residential property in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Sunny Key Homes. You can reach us any time at info@sunnykeyhomes.com or 904-664-2685.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly, which is normally your first and last name, phone number, email address and the address of the property you’re asking about. If we move forward together, we may also collect information needed to evaluate and close on a property, such as details about its condition, occupancy and title.
Our website also collects limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type and the pages you visit, which helps us understand how the site is used.

Mobile information and text messaging
